Sale-of-Business Advisement

When a business is being sold, the seller should have two primary goals: first, get fully paid; and second, make certain that nothing can come back to haunt the seller. Achieving these goals requires careful and early due diligence and making certain the structure of the deal and the controlling (i.e., definitive) agreement protect the seller’s interest.
